Legal Notices & Compliance
Configure required legal notices that appear on agendas and packets.
Select the Texas Government Code sections commonly cited by your court:
Dynamic Fields
Pre-fills the meeting opening for each new meeting. Leave blank to build automatically from notice, opening court, and public comment defaults.
Variables: {seq} = sequence number, {yy} = 2-digit year, {yyyy} = 4-digit year
Meeting Mode

When enabled, marking a member as Motion or Second automatically casts a Yea vote and assumes the motion is to Approve. Disable this to require explicit motion type selection (Approve, Deny, Postpone, etc.).
Minutes
Configure defaults for all meeting minutes. Individual meetings can override these on a per-meeting basis.
Level 1 = first indent, Level 2 = second indent, and so on.
What your organization calls minute orders. Default: "Minute Order". Examples: Court Order, Resolution, Order.
Text shown above the signature block in the minutes and PDF. Default: "The official minutes are hereby approved."
Default text shown at the top of every new minutes document. Leave blank to use the auto-generated attendance paragraph. Supports dynamic fields: {date}, {time}, {org}, {court}, {location}, {judge}, {clerk}, {members}
Default names for the signature block. One name per line (e.g. "Judge John Smith"). These will pre-fill every new minutes signature block.
Approval Workflow
Define the stages an agenda request goes through before it's ready for the agenda.
