Does it work without internet?
Yes. Field techs can view their jobs, add photos and notes, and mark jobs complete even with no cell signal. Everything syncs automatically when they get back in range. We built this specifically for crews who work in rural areas with spotty coverage.
How long does setup take?
Most districts are up and running the same day. There is nothing to install on your servers because there are no servers. Your office staff logs in through a web browser, and field techs download the app on their phones. We handle your job type configuration and do a 30-minute walkthrough with your team.
Does it replace our billing software?
No. Govably handles field operations and work orders. Your billing stays in whatever system you already use. We integrate with Banyon, Caselle, and other common district billing platforms so completed work orders can flow into your billing cycle without double entry.
Can field techs use their own phones?
Yes. The app works on any iPhone or Android phone. Most of our districts have techs using their personal phones with no issues. If your district provides phones, it works on those too. There is nothing special to configure.
